COPYING
If it’s a copy, we can make it. That’s been our pledge for many years and still holds true today. Color or black and white, standard or large-format, we can handle any collection of originals and provide the highest quality copies available in the market. Combining the latest technologies with years of experience provided via our staff, we simply will not compromise on quality. Page-by-page inspection of copies to originals, pick up and delivery by our professional sales staff, intervention in opposing counsel requests for production and quick turnaround are all common aspects of our daily operation. NUMBERING
We use computer-generated custom labels with prefixes, suffixes and confidential notations (if required) per your specifications. Many of our staff members are extremely skilled at label application and every one of them is trained to carefully, but quickly, number each page without obstructing any information on your originals or copies. A second round of quality control assures you of complete accuracy in the process.
COLOR COPIES
Our attention to detail becomes obvious in the digital color copies we make. Utilizing the very latest in fast-changing copier technologies, our expert staff artfully adjusts each shot individually for the most faithful reproduction of each original. Truly a measure of quality, we pride ourselves on our knowledge and application of training and techniques to provide you with excellent color reprographic services.
ON SITE SERVICES
When the documents you need can not be removed from the owners’ premises, we can go to them. Whether you need copies or images, we can quickly move equipment and personnel to create a temporary and complete copy shop or imaging site wherever you need it. We have worked in executive conference rooms, industrial and manufacturing facilities, warehouse environments and virtually anywhere documents are located.
TRIAL EXHIBITS
We can copy any document of any size. Our digital engineering reprographic equipment can scan blueprints, surveys or standard-size originals and output them in any size. Trial exhibit boards are enlarged in one shot, providing excellent quality and readability, and mounted on foam boards for courtroom presentations – normally within a few hours.
BINDERY
Our inventory contains a large selection of various bindery supplies allowing us to match almost any original binding option; or we can custom-bind documents to your specifications. We stock an array of file folders and related products, an office supply store’s worth of clips and assorted post-binding materials, three-ring binders, deposition covers, plastic comb binders – virtually any conceivable standard, and many non-standard, bindery item. And if we don’t have it, we’ll find it or come up with a suitable replacement to recommend to you.
